Without a doubt, the best barbecue I have had in all of Mexico, the service is very pleasant and expeditious (they are always waiting if something is needed), there are other options for those who do not eat barbecue, the tortillas are delicious by hand, the consomme has a very good flavor, everything comes out at a good temperature, the pulques are delicious, they have good dessert options, in short, if you go to Boye and do not visit Don Chon it is as if you had not been...
The best place to eat barbacoa, montalayo, consomme, quesadillas, etc., is Boye Queretaro. Top-notch service and the quality of the food is top-notch. In the mere Plaza de la Barbacoa, unmissable. General dining room, when there are many people you share a table, but it is really worth it.

Excellent!!!! The barbecue, the cheese gorditas, the quesadillas and with pink tortillas, everything is delicious!!! The establishment is very spacious but it gets quite busy, there is plenty of parking space and everything at a very good price. In the end they gave us some very tasty cooked corn. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing!! The attention of the staff was 10, the food was 10 and the place was very nice. Everything seems incredibly organized, they welcome you with a smile. Pao attended to us and was always attentive! At 12 on a Sunday you will no longer find a barbecue.
Everything was delicious, the lamb barbacoa, the montalayo taquito, the warm consomme with chickpeas, and the jarrito of natural pulque. Very friendly owner, excellent service and attention, and affordable prices. I visited them in Guadalajara, and I was quite satisfied.
Definitely the best barbecue I have ever tried, plus the pulque and the consumption are delicious. Without a doubt, it is a must-see to visit not only in Boye or Cadereyta, but in the State of Queretaro itself. Everything was fantastic, the parking is outdoors and there is no valet, but there is plenty of space. Highly recommended to go with family, friends, partner.
